From 2011 to 2018, the US Department of Labor administered the Trade Adjustment Assistance Community College and Career Training (TAACCCT) grant program, which awarded $1.9 billion to institutions of higher education with programs of two years or less, mainly community colleges. Colleges sought to increase their capacity to provide education and training to adults in need of new skills for in-demand jobs. This report, part of a series of publications from the TAACCCT national evaluation, presents findings on the implementation of the Round 3 grants, based on a survey of colleges, college and partner interviews, and participant focus groups.
