The REMIQS (Robust and Equitable Measures to Inspire Quality Schools) project seeks to inspire high schools to generate positive long-term outcomes for historically underserved students. In the model refining phase, we developed a multistate model to identify the best-performing schools in Kentucky, Massachusetts, and Virginia. This analysis required a large amount of data compilation and cleaning and various analysis decisions. This appendix describes our analysis approach for a technical audience. It also describes the results of a separate-state model.
