The February edition of At a Glance, the Housing Finance Policy Center’s reference guide for mortgage and housing data, shows the percent refi share falling to its lowest levels since at least 2007, rising median debt-to-income ratios reflecting an upward shift across the entire distribution of originated agency mortgages, and mortgage affordability falling for the first time in months.
