Everyday more than 19,000 home visitors across the country are delivering evidence-based home visiting services to families with young children. The work of these professionals is crucial to the health and well-being of children and the overall success of home visiting programs. In this video produced for the National Home Visiting Resource Center, four home visitors share what attracted them to home visiting, what they love about their jobs, and what motivates them to keep working in the field.

The video is available on the National Home Visiting Resource Center website. The NHVRC is led by James Bell Associates in partnership with the Urban Institute. Support is provided by the Heising-Simons Foundation and was previously provided by the Robert Wood Johnson Foundation.
