Abstract
The Supreme Court has granted review in a trio of cases that will consider the issue of whether discrimination based on sexual orientation and gender identity is discrimination because of sex under TVII the Civil Rights Act of 1964. Although this question has divided the country and the courts, the answer should be easy.
