This program is led by a core team with staff from Urban’s Justice Policy Center and Metropolitan Housing and Communities Policy Center.

The Catalyst Grant Program is supported by Microsoft as part of the Justice Reform Initiative. We are grateful to them and to all our funders, who make it possible for Urban to advance its mission.
