2022 Catalyst Cohort

In January 2022, Microsoft and the Urban Institute issued a request for proposals to select a new cohort of 30 local organizations to participate in the Catalyst Grant Program. Over six months, the organizations are using data and technology to inform and improve policies and practices to advance racial equity in the criminal legal system. Their approaches and achievements can provide models, lessons, and inspiration for communities, local governments, funders, and data and technology experts across the United States. Click the links below to read about each grantee's local project.
