Will Schupmann is a research assistant with the Research to Action Lab at the Urban Institute. Before joining Urban, he interned with the World Medical Association in Geneva, where he supported work in bioethics and health policy. His undergraduate research focused on identifying risk and protective factors of drug and alcohol abuse among adolescents in Botswana. He also wrote a history of medicine honors thesis on the use of public schools as sites of human experimentation in the 20th century.
Schupmann graduated from the University of Pennsylvania, where he received a BA in health and societies.
