Tavianna Hickman serves as the senior talent development specialist at the Urban Institute, where she is responsible for administering, managing, and facilitating Urban-wide learning and development programs. Previously, she worked for a nonprofit organization developing leadership programs, managing major training initiatives, and facilitating "train-the-trainer" workshops. Hickman earned her M.Ed. from Clemson University and is a member of the Association for Talent Development.
