Ruoxi Cao is the advertising and analytics manager on the communications team at the Urban Institute, where she focuses on broadening the reach and impact of Urban’s research online. Before joining Urban, Cao worked in digital marketing for the education technology sector. Her work had helped both public and private companies scale and reach the right people at the right time. Cao’s areas of expertise include developing marketing strategy and managing media spend across social media, search, and email. She holds a BA in economics from the University of Virginia.
