The thought that my work here at Urban acts indirectly to bridge people to the wealth of information they might need on public policies for research—and that our audience is not limited by border, religion, color, or gender—inspires me to work even harder.
Emmanuel Divina is a senior systems engineer in the Information Technology department at the Urban Institute. He has 25 years of experience in network and help desk administration, desktop support, server installation and implementation, and testing and troubleshooting within the computer and telecommunication industries.
Divina has earned a wide range of certifications in network operating systems and telecommunications systems. He has an in-depth knowledge of various operating systems as well as many hardware and software packages; and extensive hands-on experience with network routers, firewalls, and switches.
He received a BS in electrical engineering from Saint Louis University in the Philippines.
