Madeline Baxter is a research assistant in the Office of Race and Equity Research at the Urban Institute. In this role, she supports research, project management, writing, and analysis on themes related to remedying and disrupting structural racism.

Before joining Urban, Baxter graduated cum laude from Northwestern University as one of six distinguished seniors in the class of 2022. She earned her BSEd with a major in learning and organizational change, adjunct major in global health, and minors in legal studies and business institutions.
