LaToya Warren is the assistant deputy director of forensic services for the Allegheny County Department of Human Services located in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania, where she is responsible for planning, implementing, and directing criminal justice services for the department to strengthen public safety and achieve better results for the criminal justice–involved population and the community.

Before working at the Department of Human Services, Warren served for four years as a deputy warden at the Allegheny County Jail, where she was responsible for ensuring quality, evidence-based rehabilitative programs in the jail and after release.

Warren earned a bachelor of science degree from the University of Pittsburgh, a master of public administration from the Graduate School of Public and International Affairs at the University of Pittsburgh, and a master of social work degree from the School of Social Work at the University of Pittsburgh.
