Jacqueline Rayfield is a policy analyst in the Center on Labor, Human Services, and Population at the Urban Institute, where she works on apprenticeships and labor force development. Her previous research analyzed education and job training programs for Syrians in Istanbul. She graduated from Boston University with a degree in international relations and minors in computer science and French.
