Elijah Horne is a senior support engineer at the Urban Institute, where he provides computer support by e-mail, by phone, and in person to over 450 employees. He troubleshoots network-related issues and hardware and software issues, and he works with cloud applications, such as Box Sync, Chatter Desktop, and 8X8 Virtual Office. He is a graduate of a technical school called Year Up—where he was enrolled in classes at North Virginia Community College—and has obtained Cisco IT Essentials course materials while studying there.
