Christal Ramos is a research associate in the Health Policy Center at the Urban Institute, where she has experience with both qualitative and quantitative research methods.
Before joining Urban, Ramos was a senior research associate at George Washington University’s Department of Health Policy where her work focused on health care quality, particularly for underserved populations. She was also previously a senior research analyst at the American Academy of Physician Assistants, where she was responsible for data collection and analysis to provide information for workforce research and planning.
Concurrent with her work at Urban, Ramos is a PhD candidate in public policy and administration at George Washington University, where she received an MPH in health policy. She has a BA in public health from the Johns Hopkins University.
