Brianne VanDyke is a subcontracts administrator in the Grants and Contracts Office, where she works with researchers on project management and proposal development and provides general systems and operations support.
Before joining Urban, VanDyke centered her academic and extracurricular experiences on community development and initiatives for people with low incomes. She conducted research on the adaptability of community development corporations operating during the COVID-19 pandemic. She also served as president of Affordable Michigan, advocating for student affordability in higher education.
VanDyke is a recent graduate of the University of Michigan, with a BA in organizational studies and minors in French and the sociology of law, justice, and social change.
