Beth Ann Brown is a project administrator and special assistant at the Urban Institute, where she works closely with the vice president for human resources and her teams. She supports efforts to strengthen Urban’s administrative systems, policies, and processes to facilitate responsive employee support and service.
Before joining Urban, Brown lived in the Bay Area and held several administrative positions in technology, education, and medicine. She is also an active member of the Junior League and sat on the Junior League of San José’s board of directors, where she helped update the organization’s bylaws and craft policy.
Brown holds a BA in anthropology with a cultural emphasis from the University of California, Santa Barbara. She won San José Magazine’s Women Making a Mark award in high school.
