Audrey Richardson is a research analyst in the Center on Labor, Human Services, and Population at the Urban Institute. Her work includes building evidence to support decisionmaking around child welfare and evaluating programs to assess their effects on family and child well-being.

Richardson is primarily interested in investigating how inequities across multiple domains shape the health and well-being of communities and how changes to our social and political environment can best support vulnerable populations. She received her MPP in policy analysis and MPH in health behavior and health education from the University of Michigan.
