When I accepted this opportunity at Urban, I was compelled by the mission of economic and social policy research to strengthen our communities. It’s also the reason I transitioned into the field of HR and talent acquisition, to offer diverse candidates economic and growth opportunities. Beyond the humanity of it all, talent acquisition is about the impact and feels like action. It’s becoming less about outdated processes and more about personalization, communication, pipelining, and branding. In this ever-evolving industry, our talent is finding talent.
