My inspiration stems from wanting to change the world for the better, and one can’t do that alone. The Urban Institute's mission is to foster inclusivity and offer solutions to make change possible, which is exactly the place someone who wants to change the world should be.
Adva Fuchs is a project manager in the Housing and Communities Division, where she plays a key role in operational support. Previously, she was a clientcoordinator for international shipping and an administrator for other nonprofit organizations. Fuchs holds a Master of Public Administration degree with a concentration in public management and nonprofitadministration; she also holds a bachelor’s degree in international relations with a concentration in peace processes.
