Adanna Okpala is a senior project manager in the executive office of the Urban Institute. She partners with teams across the organization to develop and execute on process improvement strategies and provides project management and implementation support for a number of organization-wide initiatives. She previously worked at the Bipartisan Policy Center and the Environmental and Energy Study Institute.

Okpala received a BSc from the Rochester Institute of Technology in New York, where she studied environmental and political science, and an MSc in geographical information science from the University of Edinburgh.
