Young Men's Sexual and Reproductive Health: Toward a National Strategy (Framework and Recommendations)

December 1, 2000

Abstract

Human reproduction involves a man and a woman. In spite of this fact, efforts to improve reproductive health in the United States and elsewhere have typically targeted women. But since men participate in sexual decisions and behavior associated with reproduction, the focus here is on the sexual and reproductive health of men in the United States and specifically on young men ages 12 to 24.
