Collaboration between health and housing sectors can provide vulnerable people with complex health needs better access to stable housing, health care, and other services they might need to help keep them healthy and safe. Policymakers, community agencies, and health and housing providers are often interested in integrating housing and health care but may not know where to start. This guide offers ideas and practical advice on how to identify the right partners, develop a shared vision and project concept, pitch the idea to key decisionmakers, and foster collaboration through ongoing communications.
