Stephen Malpezzi is Professor, Wangard Faculty Scholar, and Chair of the University of Wisconsin-Madison's Department of Real Estate and Urban Land Economics (http://www.bus.wisc.edu/ realestate). Dr. Malpezzi's research includes work on economic development, the measurement and determinants of real estate prices, housing demand, and the effects of economic policies on real estate markets. Prior to joining UW, Malpezzi was an economist specializing in urban development at the World Bank from 1981 to 1990. He was affiliated with the Urban Institute from 1977 to 1981. He holds a Ph.D. in economics from the George Washington University, an M.A. in international affairs from the same university, and a B.A. in political science from LaSalle College.

At the time of this writing, Richard Green was Professor of Business and Wangard Faculty Scholar at the University of Wisconsin-Madison School of Business. He chaired the Department of Urban Economics and Real Estate. He has published papers on housing, commercial real estate and tax policy in academic journals and chapters in conference volumes by Brookings Institution and the National Bureau of Economic Research. Green was an advisor to the Federal Reserve Bank of Chicago. He has consulted for the World Bank, the Eastern European Real Property Foundation, National Association of REALTORS, Ernst and Young, Deloitte and Touche and CCIM. He is also a Faculty Associate of the Lincoln Institute of Land Policy in Cambridge, Massachusetts, and a Post-Doctoral Fellow of the Homer Hoyt Institute. In 1995 he won the GBA Teacher of the Year Award.
