The municipality of Blagoevgrad, Bulgaria, is one of 10 pilot municipalities involved in the U.S. Agency for International Development's Local Government Initiative (LGI) program. The purpose of this interim report is to document the work performed during Phase II, Developing Hardware and Software Inventory and Preparing Information Data Flows. The report assesses the information systems and data-processing capabilities in the municipality.
