The municipality of Vidin (Bulgaria) is one of the ten pilot municipalities in the U.S. Agency for International Development Local Government Initiative. This report documents the work performed by consultants in the municipality with respect to the development of the municipality's management information systems (MIS). Included are assessments of current MIS capabilities and computer capabilities of municipal staff.
