This is an outline of proposed contents that covers maintenance and renovation, survey of property conditions, preparation of the renovation plan, funding for the renovation, condominium association membership, and implementation of the renovation program. An appendix provides an outline of the loan application process from either a commercial bank, a private lender, or a combination of both.
