This report presents an analysis of housing conditions, trends, and needs in Guam from 1993 to 1998. Based on information gathered from published reports, 1990 census data, a telephone survey of households, and a survey of housing organizations, the report assesses current housing conditions and problems, forecasts future housing needs, and discusses Guam's capacity to meet housing needs. Also included is a review of housing needs assessment practices in other jurisdictions.
