During the week of February 27th, 2011, TJC site La Crosse County Wisconsin teamed up with local media to produce Justice for All- a six part series of articles about criminal justice issues in the county leading up to a televised town hall meeting. The town hall meeting, held within the newly opened direct supervision in the La Crosse County jail, featured Sheriff Helgeson and Judge Pasell responding to the over 100 community members in attendance.
