The National Institute of Corrections and the Urban Institute are currently soliciting applications for four new Transition from Jail to Community (TJC) sites. Selected sites will receive training and technical assistance over the next two years to adapt and implement the TJC model in their jurisdictions. All interested local jurisdictions are invited and encouraged to apply.
