In its latest project, the collaborative engaged with other researchers, policymakers, and practitioners to identify and prioritize unanswered questions critical to housing and urban policy development, and create a collection of "field-building" research agendas. These agendas intend to guide investments that will inform and advance policy and practice over the next three to five years in five policy domains: housing as a platform for overcoming social and economic distress, housing markets, housing finance, successful neighborhoods, and metropolitan economies. The papers and accompanying agendas provide context, direction, and priorities for research that can inform housing and urban policy in the coming years.
