City of Liberec: Recommendations on Housing Management Reforms (Research Report)

As part of the U.S. Agency for International Development technical assistance program in the Czech Republic, the Urban Institute has advised officials in the city of Liberec on policies for reforming asset and housing management procedures. The Institute conducted a series of five seminars in 1993 on reforms to improve the quality and efficiency of housing management. This report summarizes the results of those seminars and discusses specific recommendations for housing management policy reforms that the City of Liberec could adopt.
