Promoting Efficient Operation in Divested Russian Enterprise Housing: October 1995-October 1996 (Research Report)

Since the early 1990s the Russian Federation has implemented a broad range of programs to reform the housing sector of its economy. The USAID Housing Reform Sector Project II continues and expands earlier work with municipalities to efficiently deal with the large volume of housing being divested to them from privatized enterprises. This report provides and overview of the program's activities and progress from October 1995 to October 1996.
