This paper examines the need for land management in Polish cities. Topics covered include forming a land strategy working group; developing an information infrastructure; formulating strategic goals, issues, directions, and tasks; and choosing implementation instruments and an action plan. The latter topic includes a list of typical instruments available for use by planning groups.
