Outcome Measurement for Thai Government Programs (Research Report)
Harry P. Hatry, Shelli B. Rossman, George P. Barbour

This report focuses on two objectives: (1) development of an on-site capacity to design and implement performance monitoring systems and the institutionalization of these procedures throughout the Thai Ministries at individual program levels and (2) development of performance measurement models, using government programs as the context, to provide relevant national examples for replication in other Thai public agencies and programs. This report measures and reports program outcomes and briefly discusses measurement of program resources, workload, and productivity.
