A partnership of the Urban Institute, the Chicago Housing Authority, Heartland Human Care Services and Housing Choice Partners--the Chicago Family Case Management Demonstration intended to test the feasibility of providing intensive case-management services, transitional jobs, financial literacy training and mobility counseling for vulnerable families from CHA’s Dearborn Homes and Madden/Wells.

Dr. Susan J. Popkin, of the Urban Institute, the lead investigator and author of the study will present findings from a series of briefs on the service implementation and costs, along with participant outcomes across four domains: employment, health, housing and relocation, and children and youth.

Principals from Heartland Human Care Services and CHA will also participate in Q&A following Dr. Popkin’s presentation.
