James O. Gibson, Senior Fellow, Center for the Study of Social Policy described progress community leadership in other cities have made toward a broadly shared vision around housing and neighborhood revitalization goals. James presented examples from Atlanta, Jacksonville, Boston, and Washington, D.C.
