The Summer/Fall 2009 issue of the Housing Monitor (forthcoming) looks at current conditions in the home sales market, including an update on foreclosure trends. In addition, this report will present data on housing market trends in the city's neighborhood clusters.

Peter Tatian of the Urban Institute will present the findings from the latest D.C. Housing Monitor report.
