Victoria Larsen is a special assistant and project administrator in the Justice Policy Center at the Urban Institute, where she provides administrative support to the vice president for justice policy and manages special projects. Before joining Urban, Larsen worked at Voto Latino and the Voto Latino Foundation as executive assistant to the president and chief executive officer.

She holds a bachelor’s degree in kinesiology from California State University, Stanislaus, and a master’s degree in sport management from the University of San Francisco.
