What I enjoy most about Urban is being able to work on different projects. I am able to try my hand in different areas of human resources to see what I enjoy and what I am good at.
Stephanie O’Connor is a human resources associate at the Urban Institute, where she handles temporary agency requests and consultant agreements. She also supports budgeting and special projects as needed.
O’Connor received her MBA with a concentration in human resources from James Madison University in 2013.
