Sino Esthappan is a research assistant in the Justice Policy Center at the Urban Institute, where he works on projects related to juvenile justice and victimization. He has additional interests in corrections, recidivism reduction, and police reform. He graduated from Vassar College, where he conducted research on punitive discipline practices in urban public schools.
