Sierra Latham is a research associate in the Metropolitan Housing and Communities Policy Center at the Urban Institute.
Before joining Urban, Latham supported community development initiatives in Chicago as a research intern for RW Ventures LLC. She was also a quantitative research intern with the Migration Policy Institute and an analyst for the Energy and Security Group, a small consulting firm in northern Virginia.
Latham holds an MPP with a certificate in municipal finance from the University of Chicago Harris School of Public Policy and an MA in applied economics from Georgetown University.
