Sarah Coquillat is a research analyst in the Urban Institute’s Health Policy Center where her work focuses on a range of topics, including substance use disorder and treatment, particularly in Medicaid, maternal health, and health equity. She has extensive experience with both qualitative and quantitative research methods.

Coquillat has a BA in anthropology from the University of Maryland, College Park. She received her master’s in social work from the University of Pennsylvania.
