Rebecca Peters is a research associate in the Health Policy Center at the Urban Institute, where she conducts qualitative and quantitative research focused on the impacts of the Affordable Care Act, innovation in health care delivery, access to health care, health care disparities, and measuring and improving quality of care for children and underserved populations.

Before joining Urban, Peters researched health workforce issues at the World Health Organization in Geneva and helped create a virtual collaborative community for global health practitioners at Harvard's Global Health Delivery Project.

Peters holds a BA in neuroscience from Brandeis University and an MPH in global health from the George Washington University.
