Nicole DuBois is a research assistant in the Metropolitan Housing and Communities Policy Center at the Urban Institute. Before joining Urban, she worked in community organizing in Iowa and Ohio and researched the privatization of the criminal justice system at In the Public Interest. DuBois earned her BA in government with minors in economics and justice and peace studies from Georgetown University, graduating magna cum laude and Phi Beta Kappa.
