I am inspired by Urban’s commitment to expanding opportunities for and improving the lives of vulnerable populations by using evidence to inform policy. I’m grateful that I can contribute to this important work on a daily basis.
Neil Damron is a research assistant in the Income and Benefits Policy Center where he supports research efforts and program evaluations focusing on workplace systems and development. He previously interned with the Institute for Research on Poverty and with Amnesty International. Damron graduated from the University of Wisconsin-Madison in 2015 with a bachelor’s degree in economics and political science.
