Emmanuel Divina is the senior director and chief DevOps officer in Technology and Data Sciences at the Urban Institute. He has 25 years of experience in network and help desk administration, desktop support, server installation and implementation, and testing and troubleshooting within the computer and telecommunication industries.
Divina has earned a wide range of certifications in network operating systems and telecommunications systems. He has an in-depth knowledge of various operating systems as well as many hardware and software packages; and extensive hands-on experience with network routers, firewalls, and switches.
He received a BS in electrical engineering from Saint Louis University in the Philippines.
