Dawn Dangel is a senior talent acquisition and planning specialist in the Office of Human Resources at the Urban Institute, having joined in 1998. Dangel is responsible for most senior hiring across Urban as well as various other human resource–related duties. She came to Urban with a diverse recruiting background, including technical recruiting and managing the office of a staffing firm.
Dangel, who is a member of the Society of Human Resources Management, has a BA in psychology from the Pennsylvania State University.
