Beth Ann Brown is a talent development specialist at the Urban Institute, where she supports Urban-wide learning and development programs and collaborates on internal projects to help advance Urban’s diversity, equity, and inclusion work. Previously, Brown held several executive assistant positions in the nonprofit, technology, education, and medicine sectors.

Brown holds a BA in anthropology with a cultural emphasis from the University of California, Santa Barbara. She is an active member of the Junior League and sat on the Junior League of San José’s board of directors from 2016 to 2018. She also won San José Magazine’s Women Making a Mark award in high school.
